The 37th Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) Awards Night was held at the Newport Performing Arts Theater at Resorts World Manila in Pasay City on December 28, 2011.

In that same year, he improved Motorola and Philips mobile phones’ retail channel presence and distribution to a true nationwide coverage up to tier 3 city levels.  In 2001, he was the biggest contributing reseller in sales/distribution of Ericsson Prepaid Phonekits for the country’s biggest mobile phone operator.  In 2002 onwards, he has significantly contributed in growing Sony Ericsson’s brand image through sales/distribution in all 5 sectors of the retail space, i.e. Telco, IT, CE/Appliance, Non-traditional Telco and Hybrid Telco/IT dealers.  In 2003, he pioneered the Windows Mobile pocket PC phone segment with O2 devices.  It was a rousing success that gave O2 close to 80% local market share.  Another milestone was he lifted the distribution company to be part of the elite Philippines’ Top 500 companies.  In 2005, his experience spread into the entire local 3C industry with the sales/marketing/distribution/advertising of BenQ/BenQ-Siemens mobile phones, LCD TV’s, Laptops, Digital Cameras, PDA’s, projectors, optical storage devices.  It’s a move that finally put Taiwanese BenQ in the local map.  In 2007, he helped Canon and Sony products with both their first time ever retail penetration into Traditional and Non-traditional Telco channels.  To boot, his after-sales service and product technical management experiences for the past 13 years also earned him great respects in the local customer care category. These achievements and experiences in his already stellar career in the 3C industry, is integral in directing the company to its vision to be the top 3C distribution company in the country.
