Grand Opening SumoSam Restaurant at Olympia Makati

Sumo Sam’s Latest Millestone in Olympia, Makati Avenue

The latest milestone of the popular Japanese restaurant.  Sumo Sam, is the 25th store at the centrally located Olympia Building on Makati Avenue.  Following the tenet of “Big is Beautiful”, this is the biggest location to date with about 300 sqm ofd dining space.  The set up is also a bit of a departure from the fast casual dining restaurant that Sumo Sam usually has. Some of the chairs have been replaced with comfortable sofas with throw pillows, making it not only an ideal place for dining but also for lounging and spending more time with friends and family over food, wine, coctails, coffee and deserts.

The look of our restaurant’s depends on its location and what our guests ask for. For a time now, we’ve always wanted to have a bigger space to accommodate our guests’ requests to celebrate with a larger group in the restaurant and now they finally can. “Sumo Sam general manager Adolf Aran Jr. says. In Sumo Sam Olympia, 300 sqms has been divided into 3 smaller space that can be enclosed and booked separately or the entire restaurant can be booked for bigger functions.  Valet parking is available and special requests can be made to make it a truly enjoyable event.

Salaminkera: Tales from the Looking Glass
When was the last time you looked at the mirror and talked to it with all honesty? This predicament is a tale as old as time for women everywhere; echoed by the immortal line, “Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all?”
What makes a mirror special is its appeal to your vanity. It does not just reflect your physical state but also your inner emotions; even your mental state. So simply looking at the mirror could give you an overview of how your total well-being could be – inside and out!

With this, comedienne Giselle Sanchez brings to life “Salaminkera,” a mirror that actually talks to you and tells you about your career, family life, and love life. After all, Salaminkera is inspired by the magic mirror of the evil queen from the timeless tale of SnowWhite; and provides honest answers to any question.

Head & Shoulders Men Cool Blast Teams up with the Philippine Volcanoes

Real Men Keep A Cool Head
Head & Shoulders Men Cool Blast announces
its partnership with the Philippine Volcanoes

Men and sports often go hand in hand. Whether they are passionate fans or athletes themselves, sports are an important part of their lives. They’re willing to do almost anything in support of their team – paint their faces in their team’s colors, camp out to watch a game or even get physical. And to really get their adrenaline pumping, rougher sports are even better – and rugby is one of the roughest sports out there!

To play an aggressively fast-paced contact sport like rugby, a rugby player has to be fit and tough. Playing with little to no padding, he can’t be afraid to get hit, be tackled or face an opponent much stronger than him. But as much as it is a physical game, the mental aspect of the game is just as important. In order to succeed, it isn’t just about a show of strength. He must also maintain his focus despite the rigors of playing. With a dozen bodies tackling and piling up on each other, and the unforgiving sun in this cruel climate, keeping a cool head can be difficult. No one understands this challenge more than the Philippine Volcanoes.
