This promo invites Facebook users in the Philippines, ages 13 years old and above, to like Samsung’s Facebook Fan Page and register at their Facebook App. This will enable participants to answer the question that’s key to thrilling prizes, “What Makes Life More Fun for You?” – all valid answers may be used as inspiration by Yeng and Jim to create an original song about “What Makes Life More Fun in the Galaxy?”

With this rare opportunity to have your voice included in an original OPM song – Samsung also gives participants a chance to win an array of exciting prizes, including Samsung Galaxy Smartphones (Fame, Young, Pocket Neo Duos and Star), a Meet and Greet with Yeng Constantino, several signed merchandise, and finally – a chance to win an all-access pass to "By Request: Bamboo & Yeng, The Concert" at the Araneta Coliseum on August 17.

The first five winners will be decided by Samsung representative, and another five via electronic draw on July 31, 4:00 PM at the Samsung Office in Global City, Taguig. The entries will be judged according to its originality (25%), creativity (30%), clarity of message (30%) and spelling and grammar (15%). 5.      Users will be asked to provide an answer to the question “What Makes Life More Fun for you?"

6.      An answer qualifies as one entry, wherein each entry should comply to the following:

a.    160 character limit

b.    Entries can be submitted in English, Tagalog, or a combination of both (Taglish)

c.    Entries containing foul language and excessive profanity will not be allowed.

7.      User may only submit one (1) entry using his/her Facebook account.

8.      Winners will be determined through judging and an electronic draw with a DTI representative on July 31, 4:00 PM at the Samsung Office 9/F Hanjin Bldg., 1128 University Parkway, North Bonifacio, Global City Taguig City.

9.      There will be a total of 10 winners. The 1^st-5^th winners will be picked via judging and the 6^th to 10^th winners will be picked via an electronic raffle draw, in the presence of a DTI representative.

11.  The entries will be judged by a total of 4 representatives from Samsung.

12.  There will be a total of 10 winners. Prizes differ depending on if they win via judging or via raffle draw:

13.  A representative from Samsung will contact the winners through registered mail, email and call.

14. Winners may redeem their prize within 60 days upon receiving the official notification letter sent through registered mail from Samsung Mobile Philippines. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon receiving the official notification letter sent through registered mail will be forfeited.

15. If winners are below 18 years old, they must present a valid proof of parental consent to claim the prize.

16. FOR METRO MANILA and NEARBY PROVINCES WINNERS (Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga and Rizal residents):

In order to redeem their prizes, winners must have with them upon claiming

1) copy of the official registered mail

2) a valid proof of parental consent to claim the prize (for winners who are below 18 years old).

3) 2 valid government issued I.D.s (e.g: Drivers license, Passport, SSS, TIN, Professional license, etc)

Winners must personally claim their prizes at the Samsung Office 9/F Hanjin Bldg., 1128 University Parkway, North Bonifacio, Global City Taguig City.

*In case the winner is not available, an authorization letter with a photocopy of the 2 IDs should be presented by the person claiming the prize on his behalf.

FOR PROVINCIAL WINNERS (which refers to residents of all other areas not listed in the previous point): 

A representative of Samsung will contact the winners for the confirmation of their personal details (name, address, age) and upon delivery of the official winner’s notification letter.

Samsung will send the prize via courier service. Winners must present the following in order to claim the prize:

1) copy of the official registered mail

2) a valid proof of parental consent to claim the prize (for winners who are below 18 years old)

3) 2 valid government issued I.D.s (e.g: Drivers license, Passport, SSS, TIN, Professional license, etc) 

*In case the winner is not available, an authorization letter with a photocopy of the 2 IDs should be presented by the person claiming the prize on his behalf.

*All expenses incurred in going to the Meet and Greet with Yeng and By Request: Yeng and Bamboo The Concert shall be shouldered by the winner.

17. Prizes are neither transferable nor convertible to cash.

18. By joining the raffle, each contestant is deemed to have agreed that the organizer has all the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use all contact details and entries submitted for any and all use related to this promo and for future communication.

19.  If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have reviewed these mechanics with your parent or legal guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand the same. 21. Employees of Samsung Philippines, its advertising and media agencies up to second degree of consanguinity are not qualified to join the raffle.
