Panasonic bares the country’s first anti-bacterial washing machine

In an attempt to elevate further the standards in superior fabric cleaning, Panasonic Manufacturing Philippines Corp. (PMPC) introduces the country’s first washing machine with anti-bacterial cleaning features.

The fully-automatic, top-loading Panasonic NA-F90H2 washing machine is the latest washing machine from one of the world’s most trusted home appliance manufacturers that will compete head-to-head with others in the market with regard to pricing and overall performance. However, the Panasonic NA-F90H2 is truly a cut above the rest when it comes to superior fabric hygiene results.

The Panasonic NA-F90H2has an Ag Ion Generator that allows water to pass through its Ag Crystal material and dissolves Ag Ions. When this process happens, water gains an anti-bacterial effect, thus, consumers no longer need to buy anti-bacterial products.

Households benefit from this advanced technology Panasonic as it helps prevent odor during perspiration, avoids unwanted smell when drying clothes indoors and cleans the tub to prevent the formation of black mold. In addition, the technology was proven safe on babies’ delicate skin and poses no risks of oral toxicity or skin irritation as certified by the Japan Food Research Laboratories and BSL BIOSERVICE Scientific Laboratories GmbH.

The Panasonic NA-F90H2 has twin lint filters that remove lints during washing to prevent it from adhering to clothes for a cleaner finish, and also an anti-bacterial pulsator. Even the back portion, which is not really visible and oftentimes inaccessible for cleaning, is protected by the Ag anti-bacterial coating against bacteria build-up.

Unlike the traditional outer tub that is ineffective to drain all the water, the Panasonic NA-F90H2’s Spiral Tub Holes repel all the water assisted by line-to-line drain holes located at the stainless steel tub in varying heights, leaving no unpleasant odor when laundry is done. When not in use, however, owners need not worry against dust penetration in case they forgot to put on the cover cloth. It’s Ag Air-Filter prevents dirt particles from external air from flowing into the tub.

Its superior cleaning ability is matched by high-quality washing performance known as Aquabeat Powerful Water Flow, a function that combines weak and strong rotating water flow to generate stronger water flow and squeezing effect by controlling the pulsator’s rotational speed.

Engineered using a strong motor and bigger beat flapper, this washing device also has a Dancing Water Flow feature that rotates clothes in three types of complex water flow. The first is Beat Screw, a high-power horizontal water flow with a powerful central vortex that vigorously agitates clothes. The foam then becomes 1.4 times more concentrated than regular detergent which now has the ability to directly penetrate clothes and detach and lifts grime seated deeply in between fabric fibers.

For fast yet meticulous cleaning, the Panasonic NA-F90H2 has an Air Dry High-Speed feature that can be set in 30, 60 or 90 minutes that spins and permits airflow to thoroughly blow off moisture and shorten the drying time. Its New Shower Rinsing technology, on the other hand, reduces water usage by up to 20 percent during rinsing.

There is also an Auto Power Off function that automatically shuts down the unit and even during a  power outage, the Panasonic NA-F90H2 can recall its previous settings just by pressing again the power and start button via its Semi-Auto Restart function. These two features reduce energy consumption by an additional 30 percent and lessen power used during stand-by mode.

Washing start time can also be delayed by setting the time from 2 to 24 hours while its seven Selectable Ag Shower Courses can adjust the washing method of depending on the textile such as Normal, Speedy, Delicate, Extra Rinse, Blanket, Soak and Tub Hygiene.

Its 9-kilogram washing capacity, meanwhile, lowers the washing frequency that benefits big families with regard to their purchase of washing detergents. The Panasonic NA-F90H2’s style is also a sight to behold, designed with a digital control panel and transparent lid that not only adds convenience but also creates an image of a tech-savvy washer, too!

Another important safety feature intended for children at play is the Child Lock feature to prevent youngsters from accidentally opening the machine during operation.

For small to medium-sized families, the Panasonic NA-F90H2 has a smaller but similar powerful version, the NA-F80H2 with an 8-kilogram capacity.
